Ray C's real name is Rehema Chalamila. She's a very successful R&B musician and tarab player from Tanzania. She is known to be the only musician to perform Bongo, Bhangra, Taarab and R&B in one album. The diva is affectionately called Tanzania's beauty queen.
She has been linked with Mwisho Mwampamba (Tanzania's representative at Big Brother Africa).
She was born in Iringa and educated partly in Dar es Salaam and Uganda.
