Is Mokobe going on this tour with all the legends he featured on his last album?
Wish I could go to his concert anywhere, he's definitely one of my favorite African rappers, since the days of hey papi on Un gaou a oran.
I hope the tour is really successful. Africa is indeed the future and much props to Mokobe Traore for championing this.

Mokobe has started his USA TOUR TODAY in ATL !!!! It will have been AMAZING to go on tour with everyone that is on his album. When he did his 1st Solo concert in Paris at the Bataclan he had with him on Stage YOUSSOU N'DOUR, SEKOUBA BAMBINO, DJ LEWIS, 113, PATSON and Many more !!! For this tour, it was more to reach out to our people in USA and Canada as to comeback with special guests next time !!!

He receive BEST AFRO CARRIBEAN ALBUM 2008 at this year TROPHEES DE LA NEGRITUDE in tribute of AIME CESAIRE. It is an award show that celebrate artistic achievements in the AFRO WORLD in France ! I hope next time it will be for MTV AFRICA AWARDS !!!!!

I must say i was very excited when I saw his post myspace unfortunately I'm in Cali and had no way to go to he concert, and so I'm very disappointed. I just hope he comes around again and passes through CA i know for sure people would lose theirs minds. But for now i guess I'll enjoy the music.
