adukuro mu nsuo - so many Ghanaian musicians use this statement
what does it really mean?

MyDestiny's picture

'adukro mu nsuo' - clean/fresh water found in holes by the roots of huge trees mostly in da thick/rain forests.
Men used to fetch them for their lovers..to impress them
but prolly has taken on a new meaning now

thanks for the clarification Essie. Adukuru mu nsuo is used a lot by Ghanaian musicians, it's like a favorite line. Some people want to drink others' adukuro mu nsuo, others are others adukuro mu nsuo, it's crazy.
The things men had to do to impress women eh, they used to do that eh, hehe

What?! I am so lost in these discussions :-( Adukuru mu nsuo?
Me we need to go back to the olden days when men really made the effort to impress women. Not these johnny-come-lately stunts we have to deal with everyday. Rubbish. What u say Essie and Chale?
