I think the guy's name is Joe Frazier.
Anyway, he's around and still in the hiplife game. I am not sure when Shee shee came out, which was part of his last album in maybe 2004, but he has been featuring in various songs since.
The most notable one was "Obi ye Obi" by Roro and Joe Frazier, the reply to Sidney's controversial hit, Obia nye obia. There is a blog about the controversy here. Roro also made a reply to Nkasei's Tuabodom but I don't remember if Joe Frazier was featured on that.
One funny thing about Joe Frazier is his style of rapping. Okyeame Kwame mentioned in the song "Hiplife review" featuring the Bradez that we never hear what Joe Frazier is saying when he raps but we always dance to his music. Funny huh
