Jah Wadada profile: Learnt to play accordion, trumpet and acoustic guitar by early teens. Started professional career as bassist with Afro Rock groups Big Beats and Golden Beats. Performed in Cote d'Ivoire on bass with The Bulldozers and also worked in Sierra Leone as a studio musician playing guitar. Singles recorded include 'Mama Africa', 'Citizen of Africa' and 'Mr Government'.

Performed at PANAFEST (Accra) with SOZ of Twelve Tribes of Israel. Toured Abidjan and performed at FESTAC at the invitation of Alpha Blondy with The Ark, a band led by Michael Asher of Morgan Heritage. Was part of His Majesty Squad before linking up with Ras Kaf to form Taflatse. Ras Kaf profile: Studied classical music in high school. Played keyboards and sang back-up vocals with 'Local Crisis', reggae band formed at University of Ghana with Rocky Dawuni on vocals (www.myspace.com/rockydawunimusic).

Performed at Pan-African Festival for Arts and Music in Ghana and played keyboards with 'Kente', reggae band based in Accra, Ghana. Composed original music for half a dozen radio stations and several advertisers in Ghana. Responsible for online promotion of Ghanaian Urban Life singer Chemphe (www.cdbaby.com/chemphe). Finalist in 'Black Star Cheer Song Contest' (2004) and 'CAN 2008 Song Contest' (2007).

Played session keyboards for Shasha Marley, Rocky Dawuni, Pidgen Music, George Jahraa, Jeffrey Churchill, Nat Brew, Akosua Agyepong, Rex Omar, Charles Amoah, Agboti Yawo, Akyeame, Tommy Wiredu and other Ghanaian musicians.
